Aggression is one the major problems faced in human society. Coccaro’s lab focuses on a subtype of aggression and its medical diagnostic category named Intermittent explosive disorder (IED).  With these findings, our premise is to improve public knowledge and awareness of impulsive aggression as a treatable behavior while also reducing the stigma with this disorder.
